Accessibility
Everyone should be able to look for a home here.
Our commitment
Teresa A. Soldo wants this website to be usable by everyone, including people who browse with a screen reader, navigate by keyboard, use voice control, or rely on magnification and high contrast. Housing is not something anyone should be shut out of by a website.
What we have done
We build and test against the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA, as our target. In practice that means:
- Every page has one clear heading structure, and a link at the top that jumps straight past the navigation to the main content.
- The whole site can be operated by keyboard, and the element you are on is always visibly outlined.
- Images carry text descriptions, and photographs of homes are described rather than left silent.
- Form fields have proper labels, not just grey placeholder text that vanishes when you type.
- Text can be enlarged in your browser without the layout breaking or content disappearing.
- Animation is reduced automatically if your device is set to prefer reduced motion.
- Listing data is presented as real text and headings, so a screen reader can read prices, beds, baths and addresses aloud.
Where we fall short
We want to be straight with you rather than post a badge. This site has not been through a formal third-party accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance with WCAG 2.1 AA. Some property photographs come directly from the Multiple Listing Service and arrive with descriptions written by other brokerages, which we cannot rewrite. The interactive map search is difficult to use without a pointing device, and if that affects you, the list view of every home for sale contains the same properties in a form that reads properly.
Accessibility is ongoing work here, not a box that was ticked once. When we find a barrier, we fix it.
If something is not working for you
Please tell Teresa. You will reach a person, not a ticket queue, and you do not need to explain or justify anything. If a page will not work with your software, tell us what you were trying to do and we will help you directly, including reading listings to you over the phone or sending the details in whatever format suits you.

We aim to reply within two business days, and to fix anything that is blocking you as quickly as we can.
Third-party content
Parts of this site rely on services we do not control, including the Multiple Listing Service feed, mapping, and spam protection on our forms. We have chosen them with accessibility in mind where we had a choice, but we cannot guarantee the accessibility of content that originates elsewhere. Tell us if one of them is causing you a problem, and we will work around it.
Formal complaints
If you have raised something with us and are not satisfied with how it was handled, you may contact the brokerage, Motion Properties Realty, Inc., directly, or file a complaint with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development at hud.gov/fairhousing.
