When you submit a contact form, request a showing, ask for a home valuation, save a search, or chat with the assistant on this site, we collect what you provide: typically your name, email address, phone number, the property or neighborhood you asked about, your timeframe, and anything you write in your message.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we and our providers collect technical information when you visit: your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, how you arrived, and general usage data. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.
Cookies. We use cookies that are necessary to make the site work, to remember your saved searches and preferences, and to protect our forms from spam. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, though parts of the site may stop working if you do.

4. The AI assistant
This site includes an AI assistant. When you chat with it, your questions and its answers are processed by our technology provider and its AI provider, and are logged so they can be reviewed for accuracy and compliance. Please do not enter sensitive personal information into the chat. Your conversation is not used to train third-party AI models.
5. How we share your information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:
- With our brokerage. Information you submit is shared with Motion Properties Realty, Inc., the brokerage through which our real estate services are provided.
- With our technology provider. This website is built and hosted by LumaRealtyAI, a product of Lux & Grand LLC, which processes information on our behalf and only on our instructions. Their sub-processors include hosting, database, email, payment, spam-protection, and AI providers.
- With people who help you close. If you engage us, we may share your details with the other parties a transaction needs, such as a lender, title company, escrow officer, inspector, or the other side's agent.
- With the MLS. Where Las Vegas REALTORS® rules require it, we may provide records about how listing data was displayed or used.
- For legal reasons. When required by law, subpoena, or regulator, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of any person.
6. Text messages and email
If you give us your phone number, you agree we may call or text you about your enquiry. Message and data rates may apply, and consent is not a condition of any purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, or use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. We will still send you messages you specifically asked for, such as a saved-search alert, until you cancel that alert.
7. Spam protection
Our forms are protected by Google reCAPTCHA, which collects information about your device and browser to tell people from bots. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
8. How long we keep information
We keep the information you send us for as long as we are working together and afterwards for as long as our licensing, tax, and record-keeping obligations require, which for real estate records is generally several years. You can ask us to delete your information sooner and we will, unless we are required to keep it.
9. Security
We and our technology provider use reasonable safeguards, including encryption in transit and access controls, to protect your information. No website is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You may ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below and we will respond as the law requires. We will not treat you differently for asking.
Nevada residents. Nevada law gives residents the right to tell a website operator not to sell certain personal information. We do not sell your personal information, but you may still submit a verified request using the contact details below.
11. Children
This site is not intended for children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
